NOTE: Beginning in 2025, we will no longer be printing a hard copy of the program book. Printing is very expensive, and even though we have drastically cut back the number of copies we have printed, over the years, we have found that we have been throwing away more than half of the books at the end of each con.

We will, instead, be uploading a PDF copy of the book. And since our costs are minimal to do that, our pricing this year will reflect the nature of electronic publishing. 

You need to adhere to the following policies:

• Ads should be in one of the following formats: .pdf, .jpeg, .gif .png, or .psd (if flattened).
• Ad sizes are listed below.  Please create your ad to the exact size specified below, without margins. If you include margins, please make your ad ½ inch larger on all sides. In other words, full pages in the book will be 8½” (W) x 11” (H) with a ½” margin.
• Please add the name of your event, company or group to the file name. We get a lot of ads labeled "ConGregate Ad."
• Deadline to reserve ad space in the program book is April 30, 2025. 
• Deadline for ConGregate to receive your ad is May 30, 2025 - no exceptions.

Payments can be made by check, credit card, or PayPal.

• Checks can be made out to: ConGregate Productions, Inc.
• For credit card or PayPal payments, we will provide you an invoice via PayPal.  Please provide us with the email address of your Accounts Payable representative.

Payment is due no later than May 30, unless a product trade is arranged.
